Allan’s Coffee & Tea is part of the Cloud Cap family. Founded in Oregon’s Willamette Valley in 1972, Allan’s still roasts on a 1939 Jabez Burns drum roaster that runs to this day. From a single Beanery coffeehouse to a roasting operation in Albany turning out millions of pounds a year, it’s more than fifty years of Pacific Northwest craft in every bag — and the beating heart behind Cloud Cap’s coffee.
