Cloud Cap Beverages
Our story doesn't begin with a product launch or a brand strategy. It begins with handmade syrups, a bottling plant in New York, and a family that believed what you put in a glass matters.
Every great company has a story that spans generations. Ours begins in 1922.
The Beginning
In Peekskill, New York, the Entner family establishes a bottling operation that will shape three generations of beverage craft. The plant supplies handmade syrups to the local soda shops and fountains of the Hudson Valley ā an era when every flavor was mixed to order and quality was personal.
Equipment
A Jabez Burns drum roaster is manufactured ā the same machine that still turns green coffee into something extraordinary in our Albany facility today. Some tools are made right the first time.
Oregon Roots
Allann Bros Coffee Roasters and the first Beanery Coffeehouse open in Oregon. The Entner family's deep knowledge of handcrafted beverages ā the syrups, the concentrates, the ratios ā comes with it. From the first day, the drinks are built from scratch. That philosophy never changes.
Expansion
At its peak, the company operates 13 Beanery Coffeehouse locations across Eugene, Albany, Corvallis, and Salem ā each one a proving ground for what handcrafted beverages could be. The cafes become community institutions in the Willamette Valley, and the production side grows alongside them: private label bottling, premium concentrates, proprietary chocolates, and syrups refined through thousands of hours behind the bar. The cafe life of those decades is woven into everything Cloud Cap does today.
New Chapter
Entner Stuart Syrups ā the production and private label arm that carried the bottling legacy forward ā becomes Cloud Cap Beverages. The name nods to the Northwest's peaks and the elevation of craft. The mission stays the same: serious production, serious quality, no shortcuts.
Liquid Production
Cloud Cap's beverage production expands into territory the company has never seen. Co-pack, private label, and custom development programs serve regional distributors, national brands, and direct retail customers across multiple categories ā syrups, concentrates, smoothies, functional beverages, and emerging formats. The team builds to what the market demands: consumer tastes are moving fast, and Cloud Cap moves with them.
Coffee Production
A brand-new Jabez Burns roaster ā the same patented design as the 1939 original, now modernized ā is installed directly alongside its 84-year-old counterpart in the Albany facility. Two machines, one lineage. Combined coffee roasting capacity reaches over 7,000,000 lbs per year. The old roaster doesn't slow down. Neither does the new one.
Present
Cloud Cap Beverages is a full-service production partner ā co-pack, private label, and custom development ā operating at a scale that would be unrecognizable to Peekskill, but driven by the same conviction. The beverage industry is always changing: new ingredients, new categories, new consumer expectations. We stay current, stay nimble, and keep making things worth drinking.
"Over a hundred years of knowing that what's in the bottle is everything ā and the next hundred years of proving it at scale."
We marry the patient, hands-on traditions of early American beverage making with modern food science and quality control. The result is a product line that honors where we came from while pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
From classic syrups and sauces to energy drinks and RTD beverages, every product reflects a century of know-how and a deep passion for quality.
"Crafted in Oregon. Built for Your Brand."
